I. Delivery area
We deliver to Germany as well as to many other European and international countries.

II. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are tiered according to shipping zones and depend on the destination country and shipping method:

III. Delivery Information
Delivery time
Orders received by 12 noon on weekdays will be shipped no later than the next working day.
Depending on the shipping method, delivery within Germany usually takes 1-3 working days .
The delivery time for international shipments varies depending on the destination country and shipping method and is usually 4–6 working days .
Calculating the delivery date
The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends on the last day of the period.
If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take its place.

II. Detailed information on the individual payment options
1. Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. The following cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
2. PayPal
Payment in just a few steps:
1. At checkout, select "PayPal" as your payment method.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. Log in there with your PayPal details or create an account.
4. Confirm the payment and you will be automatically returned to us.
3. Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sweden, we offer payment by invoice. Payment is made to Klarna within 14 days of shipment.

4. Instant bank transfer
Secure and direct using your online banking data (PIN/TAN) via Sofort GmbH (Klarna).
5. Google Pay
Pay with Google Pay on supported devices using your payment details stored in the app.

In Zusammenarbeit mit Klarna Bank AB (publ), Schweden, bieten wir die Zahlung per Rechnung an. Die Zahlung erfolgt an Klarna innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab Versand.
4. Sofortüberweisung
Sicher und direkt mit Ihren Online-Banking-Daten (PIN/TAN) über die Sofort GmbH (Klarna).
5. Google Pay
Bezahlen mit Google Pay auf unterstützten Geräten über deine in der App hinterlegten Zahlungsdaten.
